Try putting this in a file called minirc.pix (on Red Hat/Fedora it goes in /etc, on Debian it goes in /etc/minicom/. I'm not sure about other distros but I'd guess most are one of those two locations) pu port /dev/ttyS0 pu baudrate 9600 pr bits 8 pr parity N pu stopbits 1 pu minit pu mreset pu mhangup They start minicom with this command and see if you get any further minicom pix _______________________________________________ RLUG mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.rlug.org/mailman/listinfo/rlug
