I sent out an annoucement to the rlug-announce list a couple of days
before the meeting (I normally try to send it out a week before):

The announce list and the discussion list are separate for in case
someone doesn't want to get discussion email or isn't interested/able to
attend meetings.

I had some reports at the meeting last night that some emails weren't
making it to subscribers, or subscribers were having problems
subscribing. Please let me know if you didn't get the annoucement email.

For everyone else, do you think a reminder email should always be sent
out the night before a meeting to the annoucement and/or discussion
list?
