I have a customer who wants to move to a larger hard drive on his Fedora Core 2 box.  I have tried (and failed) to use Ghost on Linux partitions in the past despite what the documentation claims.  With that in mind is there an effective way to copy an existing drive to a new, larger drive without screwing things up?  If the partitions were NTFS or FAT32 I could use Ghost but EXT2/3 gives me more of a challenge.

Of course I need to take advantage of the entire new drive once the migration takes place so it cannot just copy the partition.
