The Newbie track sounds good to me.
Long term, I think we need to get more feedback from people as to exactly what they need/want to learn. We could have a questionaire for people to fill out at the meetings and use this list to run a survey. I can create a questionaire and post it to the list for feedback.
Here is a first draft, it wasn't in the original message. I can make any suggested changes and print up some copies for our next metting. Rich
RLUG class interest survey.

I gauss I would want to learn everything I can. I need to start out pretty dumbed down though. My problem has been the time I'm willing to put into it. With a hectic work schedule, an involved hardware/firmware project on the side and having to baby sit my grand baby on the weekends, I'm left with very little free time. That and I live in Carson City...
I did attend a meeting or two back in the dark ages- let's see. It was in '98/'99. There was a kernel SIG going at the time that I was really interested in. I was playing around with MINIX at the time. Anyway, I'm off topic here, sorry.
Are there ever meetings in CC? <he asks, hopefully>
I've had some help form a local guy here, Ed Jaeger, a very friendly guy! He gave me a copy of RH 8.0 a couple years ago, which got me going a lot better than other distros I had experimented with. Bottom line, I'd love to learn more.
