As has been mentioned before, there are smaller places in town, but you will be paying much more overall than if you buy online.

If you are talking about rackmount servers, I would definitely recommend Supermicro. I can get a Supermicro 6013A-T (1U w/2 hotswap SATA bays), 2.4ghz Xeon, 1GB memory, and 2x160GB Seagate SATA drives for $1078 from mwave.com. The motherboard has onboard intel ICH5 SATA RAID, but ICH5 raid kinda sucks, so I'd recommend shelling out another $140 for a 3ware 2-port controller (8006-2LP).

Hot-swap non-scsi raid.... you wouldn't believe how much pleasure I got from my first time yanking a sata bay out of a running system.
