HelixPlayer and RealPlayer are almost identical. RealPlay is now
cooperating with Helix. Helix is regarded as the open-source project,
the one that's being included with some new distributions; RealPlayer is
still proprietary, but works very well with Linux now and is free "as in
beer." The only other difference I've noticed is their logos.
