Hey all. I'm having an issue getting my NTFS drive to mount on my linux partition.

When i try to mount the drive (sda1) "mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/c" I get the message "mount: unknown filesystem type 'ntfs'"

I'm pretty sure I have NTFS support enabled in the kernel

File systems --->
  DOS/FAT/NT Filesystems --->
      <*> MSDOS fs support
      <*> FAT (Windows-95) fs support
      (437) Default codepage for FAT
      (iso8859-1) Default iocharset for FAT
      <*> NTFS file system support
      [*] NTFS debugging support
      [*] NTFS write support

My kernel version is linux-2.6.14-gentoo-r2 and I have the amd64 version of Gentoo 2005.1

Is there anything else I need to do? Before I wiped my partition, i had the 2.6.12 kernel and I don't remembering having to do anything extra and it worked.

Thanks,
-Austin
