I'm lazy... and generally opt against a 1-hour drive each way unless
there's a seriously compelling reason. Maybe we should start with
something close and easy to get to via public tranport where
necessary, see how attendance goes, and then make the call whether to
plan another more ambitious event. Just my 0.02.
Hmm, I don't mind driving an hour, but I fear not being able to find the
exact meeting spot, so I would like to meet at a local place first, and
follow others up there. Meeting local can make car-pooling easy too,
but that brings the issue of not being able to leave when you want to
go, or should I bring a tent?
