Is it possible to use robinhood just to apply specific policies - execute
tasks without database baceknd?
In my environmnet I'd like to make sure that files in specific directory
have predefined owner/group and umask. I don't need fast search and typical
DB capabilities and I've found database speed an issue a few times..
