The new JAR package (issue 36) allows running tests with only Java as a
dependency. We are also going to document how to add custom libraries to
the same package (issue 631). A problem is that this is Jython-only
solution and e.g. RIDE doesn't work with it.
Otherwise the core development team is going to do anything for this at
least in the foreseeable future. I'll thus close this as WontFix.
