Bryan is right, this is an exact duplicate of issue 688 that has already
been rejected. I recommend reading the discussion in that issue for more
details, but the main reason for rejection was that it is already possible
to use tags as name-value pairs like issue-1234 or author-imran. There are
already various options like --TagStatInclude and --TagStatLink that can be
used to customize how the tags are shown and adding similar enhancement in
the future is possible.
