There are, at least, two possibilities why this could happen:
1) Your Windows isn't configured so that it can handle those non-ASCII
characters on the console. Can you use them on the terminal without Robot?
2) Robot detects your system encoding wrong. Getting it right on Windows is
pretty tricky. Which encoding are you using? Are you using Python, Jython,
or IronPython? Which version?
