We decided to change `Terminate Process` so that it automatically kills
processes that do not terminate (issue 1541). `Wait For Process` can then
simply use that keyword internally if the timeout occurs and user wants the
process to be terminated or killed.
@frehberg: Notice that the rc you got after terminate/kill depends also on
the operating system. It seems that on Windows you always get 1.
