New issue 1555 by pekka.klarck: Support writing to `stderr` with
`robot.api.logger.console` method

The API that libraries can use to log messages contains a console method.
It would sometimes be convenient to be able to use the standard error
stream instead of the standard output stream that this method uses
nowadays. This would also make it easier to implement a keyword to write
messages to different streams (issue 1534).
