This issue was updated by revision 4d3543601c15.
Default handling of time stamps now requires the stamp to have at least
year, month and day. Earlier timestamps like 'kekkonen' were parsed to
'0000-00-00 00:00:00.000', which caused a bit weird ValueError with
Python and interestingly worked with Jython.
