This issue was updated by revision ec91a6bf0775.
Cleaned up and enhanced millisecond handling:
- Dates and times are now converted to internal format (seconds) using
full available precision. Earlier seconds were round to millisecond
accuracy (but not fully consistently).
- Default timestamps and timer strings still contain only millis
(e.g. '00:01:02.345').
- %f directive is handled consistently to mean microseconds also when
it is not supported by Python.
