I agree there,
i run into simliar problems also ofter.
Specially annoing is that this problem occurs also during the parsing of
header files and it occurs also on only comments.
If possible we should allot UTF-8 encoded files (including orogen-files)
within orogen and all ruby files.
(force_encoding("UTF-8")) ?
