Hi Martin,
I never used this task but having a look into the orogen file, it seems
you did not configure the transformer. Didn't?
stream_aligner do
max_latency 0.1
align_port "color_frame",0.3
align_port "frame",0.3
end
transformer do
transform "input", "pc"
max_latency 60
end
Javier.

Dear Rockers,
I am using the image_preprocessing component, specifically the
DepthImage2Pointcloud task.
I am feeding the color and distance image to the component (I can see
them in the rock-display). However, it seems like the callback method
for the frame port (it's a port driven task) is never called...as I
cannot see any data in the output port (rock display says "no data").
I have added a debug line (cout <<) to see if it enters the method but
nothing.
Strangely, I happen to see this debug line when terminating the
component, just once, as if the method would be called before
terminating the task...
I don't know if it has to do with the fact that is the task includes a
stream aligner and I am not feeding the frames at the right frequency...?
Anyone had this kind of experience before?

Martin Azkarate
