Yes, but my original suggestion was for it to take the user to a "User
Files" folder, rather than just a CFG folder. With the intent to contain
whatever they want (shortcuts to folders of their favorite albums, their
most loved playlists, their .cfg files, their favorite themes).
Basically it allows the user to put it to whatever use they like. EQ
presets, themes, playlists, shortcuts. Basically, anything *but* menus,
since you can just change a specific setting to a specific value, rather
than all values.

Which is NOT something we currently have, nor something that really
*belongs* in the normal menu structure, but does allow as much
flexibility as a customizable menu (less in some areas, more in the fact
that you can have files in there too) and should cover the most needed
functionality from a customizable menu (most menus are used between just
a few of their full range of options, and in conjunction with other
options, such as setting things for a Car, or while on the Dock).
