I wouldn't mind at all if the settings were changed through lists as I almost change only one at a time -- depending on why I'm changing them (I wrote about it earlier). And I agree that the pitch only needs to be changed in semitone-based steps. 1/2 semitone-steps would be fine enough IMO.
We'd then have to consider the case where time stretch is disabled. Then we'd have a mismatch in how speed (which is still changed in 0.1% steps) and pitch are set. If timestretch is disabled there would be a mismatch. What setting would win then? Would we make speed adjustment steps match the pitch steps?
