Voices aren't explicitly for blind users, and even when on shouldn't
change what happens in screens if at all possible. Voice should speak
existing functionality, not add or change it when enabled, if at all
possible. So however this is implemented, it should mean the player
behaves the same when voiced or not voiced. That would mean showing time
on the quickscreen normally (or at least when the same button is held), etc.
