So we can't reboot to the OF on USB (it causes problems), do we just disable
USB on these and release them anyway? Or not release them, in the same way
as with the Nano 2G?
The big difference here is that USB on AMSv2 was never truly stable
and as such we do not have stable build to offer. So the only option
is to disable USB in release branch IMO.

I'm just not sure why we are releasing them without USB because it is
unstable, if we are not releasing the Nano 2G without USB because it is
unstable (regardless of there being an 9 month old release for it).
