I disagree (I think). If current USB is as good as 3.11 USB, releasing
it as-is doesn't make things worse.

As I see it there are three options:

(a) release as-is (unless USB got worse since 3.11. Can anyone comment on this?)
(b) disable USB for the release. This involves releasing a new bootloader so we
     boot the OF on connect, and we know that USB reboot on AMSv2 is unreliable
     (or did that get fixed with b61b14f5?) so people have to reboot manually
     first anyway.
(c) fix USB so it works properly for everyone



I agree. We should only worry about USB if it actually regressed compared to 3.11.
