Hello.
This is a plea to the administrators on this list. Apparently there is a
ban from accepting ASCII compatible encoding of UTF-8. AAAAAHHHH!!!!!
I received the following message:

and this list accepts ISO-8859-1 only

Do people on this list have something against multi-lingual mail users? I
have to hardwire my mail user agent to send out ASCII or ISO-8859-1, but
then if I want to send C-J-K (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) email out to my
friends, I have to hard-wire my mail agent again. This is SO FRUSTRATING.
I honestly hope that contribute to this group, but if this filter is not
removed, then I am going to have to leave. I really don't want to, but I
don't want to reconfigure my mail application to send mail to this list.
