Sorry. It's 5.2 SP3 running on NT4. This problem seems to have started up
roughly a week ago.

Subject: [Rodopi] Application Log Error
Importance: High

When I checked the server that's running Rodopi I got an alert that the
application log was full. It's loaded down with this error reported every
minute:

Error -10 occurred in module RODOPI License Server:
[-10] Invalid XML license version

We haven't made any changes to our billing configuration. And I've also
seen this happening now; some of our customers on Credit Card payment have
cards that have expired. The customers have said they aren't seeing the
advance notice of the cards expiring. Add to that, the accounts aren't
being suspended automatically. This doesn't happen like this to all our
customers paying by cc, so I'm confused. Any thoughts to point me in the
right direction to fix this?
