We use version 5.2 sp3.  We get this error when both the cc is expired AND
there is a format error on the Edit Customer page.  The format error is
usually in the phone number (phone number was entered in an earlier
version).  You have to go into the database and either correct the phone
number error or take the customer off cc billing, then you can change the
other one through the Rodopi interface.
