I am needing instructions for creating additional "Status" options for the Ticket System? Currently in the drop-down menu I can choose: "In Progress," "Closed" or "Paused." I need to be able to add three more items, at least, to this list. Any help to make this happen would be appreciated.
I have Rodopi version 5.3 Service Pack 2.10
