This is my first post and I am hoping that I can find an answer
to help. I am using Rodopi Version 4.03 and a customer has requested
some odd plan functions that are, as far as I can see, not default
options. I will give some examples below.
There are two Sales Persons whom are going to need specific signup
forms. The problem is that one of the Sales Persons sells a plan that
allows the customer to pay for two months and get the third for free. In
other Sales Person's Plan the customer pays for one month and gets the
second free.
The possible solutions I am working on include:
1. Create 2 plans, one with a negative setup the other with the whole
price.
A. The Problems
a. These are monthly plans, the person should not be
billed quarterly or bi-monthly.
b. I am not 100% sure that the commissions will be paid
correctly. How can I ensure that they are?
c. I would like to be able to automatically close the
negative setup plan. Is it possible?
2. Have Rodopi change the persons plan after a specific amount of time.
A. The Problem
a. I do not believe it is possible with the version of
Rodopi we are using.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
