Title: ACH Question
It was written for 5.3.  It would likely work with 5.earlier, and we have upgraded to 5.4 with no problem.

We are offering it for sale, and will contact anyone who is interested on an individual basis.

We also are doing custom integration and feature improvements for Core Access with Rodopi and Platypus, and for ISPWizard for Rodopi at this time.  FYI, We have decided to favor ISPWizard because it has almost all the functionality of Core Access, and is 1/20th the price.  More people can afford it!

We are doing things like having web pages and other systems that are aware of the identity of the viewer based on input from the dialer and working out undeerlying messaging systems that know if it is the first message of a session, a subsequent message, does the caller need to make a payment, is the caller suspended (resulting in access but only limited access), and stuff like that.

We are also an Artera Turbo "Master Distributor" with our own server, and working on making Turbo access be totally transparent to ISPs so they don't have to go to a remote server and manage their customers access.

Anyone interested, contact me off list and we can talk about the details.

Sorry if this is like a commercial, but we can't do it for free, we have to at least cover our costs.

Yes, we have written a module that takes online checks, and prints them locally.  It also prints the checks for what Rodopi calls "ACH".  We don't do ACH, we do checks.

The Online Checks are posted to the customer's account in real time at the time the customer does them so that the customer sees the results in their statement.

The ACH checks are posted to the account when we actually print the check.

The advantage to this system is "customer happiness", no bounced check charges from ACH Commerce, which can be pretty steep, as I remember, and we get overnight credit from our bank on the checks we deposit, rather than several days later from ACH Commerce.

It is all integrated to Rodopi and the check printing runs from a button in the ACH page in Filter Search in Rodopi.

We get 5-10 online checks a day and a like number of "auto-draft" ACH payments.

Subject: [Rodopi] ACH Question

Hey Guys,

We are still fairly new to Rodopi.  I was just wondering how other companies are handling the ACH issue.  We are having to export the list and import it into another piece of software to clear the ACH’s.  Is there an easier way in Rodopi?  Does anyone have and INTERNAL form to Rodopi that could put these together for us and print to a designed form that we could just print and send to our bank?

Any help or ideas?

Thanks,
