All this used to be in the a Document that VOP maintained. They should still have it on their site some where.

First you will need to define the VSA in your Radius Dictionary file. So that these attribute s are defined in VOP. Then you will need to define these attributes in Rodopi. You can do this under the Radius Attributes under the Admin interface. Then you will need to define some different templates for each speed you want to give out. Then you will apply these different templates to different services plans based on the speed you want to give out for that plan. It is all in the documentation.
