Hi,

We have received the same response. Have them sit down and sort through 400
checks a day for a few days. I am sure they would come up with a fix.

It's been a problem ever since we began using Rodopi.  They have never 
responded to us either.  I've just gotten used to resorting the checks.  The

basic problem as I see it is the programmers there have no clue about what 
it actually takes to run a business....
