The problem this causes your accounting staff is that the A/R balance in Rodopi as of Feb 28 keeps changing. You can give an accountant ulcers with nonsense like that! Instead of making an entry on the customer to reverse the erroneous discount, Scott would delete the erroneous discount from the database. That way the customer never saw the screwup (on a statement), and my A/R balance would once again be correct. I'm not sure what exactly is involved in deleting a transaction, because Scott always handled that part (with grace and style, I might add).
