This is in the configuration for your webserver, it shouldn't have anything to do with Rodopi. The website is configured to not allow anonymous connections and it requests passwords. It could also be done through NTFS permissions if I am not mistaken. I suggest checking what location the 1-page is submitting to and check if it's safe to open that up without a password. It would be done through Internet Services Manager on Win2k.
