As far as I know, it's not costing us anything.  I'm just paying the 
discount fees for the credit card transactions.  If there are any fees 
involved, I guess Costco is paying them.

I use the Rodopi payment gateway in conjunction with Costco Merchant 
Services and have not had any problems.
