[Rodopi] Does everyone have issues when dealing with Rodopi

I asked them to give me a quote on extending the authorize.net module
so it supported automated ACH.
 My answer back was they won't give me a price and it won't
be considered until after they release Rodopi 6.0

I have been trying to get something fixed on my rodopi server. With 1 page
signups, they told me some stuff to check, I check and the setting are
correct. And I wrote back to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and told them the setting
are correct and 1 page signups still are not working. I have not heard 
back
from them. I even wrote and ask how much it would cost to have them help 
me
( I wanted to give them MONEY to help me ) and guess what haven't heard 
from
them.

Does others out there get the same GREAT service??
