Hello,
Please try again with clean extraction from release archives, something
probably went wrong with yours. I've just tried with success the
following commands:
$ wget https://launchpad.net/rohc/1.6.x/1.6.1/+download/rohc-1.6.1.tar.bz2
$ wget https://launchpad.net/rohc/1.6.x/1.6.1/+download/rohc-tests-1.6.1.tar.bz2
$ tar xjf rohc-1.6.1.tar.bz2
$ tar xjf rohc-tests-1.6.1.tar.bz2
$ cd rohc-1.6.1
$ ./configure
$ make all
$ make check
