Have to disagree. Only complaint I've seen from the board is when the
report lacks information; not over the style of bullet-point vs prose.
If you check db.apache.org's report out this month, it's entirely
bulletpoint.

You did add some valuable information in your rewrite though and so
everyone knows, it was included in a repeat posting by Noel to the
board along with a couple of laggard reports. So the good one did get
through.
