Something is getting the request into our errors.jsp and eventually
triggering an IllegalStateException in Tomcat. I'm on Windows XP,
Tomcat 5.5.7 and Sun JDK 1.5.0_04. I now need to debug. This could
well be a local issue of mine, so if you are confident, I have no
objections, but I'm not ready to throw in a +1 myself.
