Nomination: Jeff Blattman

I'd like to nominate Jeff Blattman as a committer. He single-handedly  
designed, implemented and contributed a complete REST based admin API  
for Roller (based in-part on ideas from Atom protocol) -- following  
our established community processes. He's been a positive  
contribution to our discussions here on the development list, his  
patches are always high-quality and he's a pleasure to work with. So  
he's got my +1 (whether it counts or not).
