No we don't. I've been using the RSS feed to monitor JIRA.
Which mailing list should JIRA send bug notifications to?
Either the roller-dev or the roller-commits are common. Tends to up
the general noise, but is important so that people can see the work
that others are doing at a higher level. Especially the ones that
don't end up in an svn commit.
