This thread tells me that we need to be more proactive in making sure that Roller users can find the two places where Roller development is being done. I haven't looked into this in detail, so I don't have a solution...

You have to download the source and build Roller.

Also I want to modify  ReadMorePlugin.java,but I can't find it!

I believe it might be on java.net - http://roller.dev.java.net.
