Actually, it looks like the editorpage difference dates back to a long time
ago. My shallow research (grep editorpage in the dbscipts/mysql) suggests
that the problem Matt hit with the non-nullable editorpage column will only
show up on sites that upgraded way back from 0.95 up. In 0.96, the upgrade
script introduced the column editorpage with a not null constraint but
createdb.sql does not have that constraint and no other upgrade script ever
alters the definition on it.
I suspect b.s.c had early manual tweaks or was created from scratch with a
createdb.sql version > 0.96.

I suppose so, but I'd like to see my issues resolved from 3.0 first.
I could try the RC and see if I experience the same behavior there. I
guess you guys didn't experience my same issues when upgrading
blogs.sun.com or rollerweblogger.org? Maybe we should have someone
else do a test migration of an existing 2.3 site...
