I use Netbeans 5.5 to build, debug unit tests and debug Roller.

Yes, I am using netbeans to work on the code, although for some reason (probably out of habit) I don't actually build inside of netbeans. It should work fine though by using the "rebuild" target for your build target. I know that from time to time the netbeans config files get a little mucky with regards to library dependencies as packages are updated in the project and not properly updated and committed back to svn.
