Maybe we could convince Javalobby to contribute the themes they've
created to the Roller Support project. Here are the themes we have
there now:

The Javalobby themes would have to be ported to the new 3.x macro
system before we make them available. We don't want to be promoting
the deprecated old macros.
That reminds me... now that Allen has committed theme descriptors,
those themes need to be updated for use with 4.0.
