We don't provide a way to delete a user, but it is possible to disable
users. We did that for auditing purposes, but I'm not sure it's
necessary. We might have to reassess that decision.
For the SQL saavy: if a user has no weblogs and no weblog entries, you
should be able to delete them from the database (i.e. the rolleruser
table) without a problem.
