That's the root category and it should probably be hidden throughout  
the UI.

I'm asking that because in Roller 2.1 (RC) the Preferences:Settings
screen allows a category of "/" for "posts received via Blogger API".

However "New Entry" and "Edit Entry" do not list a category of "/".
