A properly created config file for Arcanum Editor should do the
trick for MOST things you'll want to do. One of the builders I
work with uses it exclusively for creating her areas, and she creates
Rooms, Objects, Mobs, and even Mobprogs within the editor.

Sure, there are a couple of known flaws with the program (ie: doors
and resets), however, laying out the rest of the area in that editor, and
then doing those as you do a runthru of your area once it's up isn't
to hard.

If you need a linking to the original Arcanum release, please feel
free to contact me, I'd be more than willing to supply one.
