The fact that you suddenly manage to use capital I's for the I shows that you can do it if you want it :-) Based on your email address I assume you were some guy from very-eastern-Europe and I didn't bother to ask you to spell things correctly, or at least try to spell them correctly. But yeah, it annoyes people who are native english speakers and it annoyes people who aren't native english speakers.
