debugging your mud at home like you usually do"... but I'm not picky, you

The plot thickens!  Call Batman!  My memory fault only happens in a cygwin
compile, on a linux box, everything works fine.  What could be different..?

Someone familiar with Cygwin's Win32 version of GDB would understand this
best.  My mud is segmentation defaulting right before it calls my do_skills
or do_spells function.  I used GDB to attempt to debug the problem, but
regardless when the function is called, the mud crashes right BEFORE.

And instead of getting a traceable output in GDB, like this...
