[OT] ROM on IRC

It's that time of month again that I must plug the IRC Channel we have for 
rom chatting, help, design, coding ideas, etc.  We have had the room for a 
couple years now, and altho it hasn't ever been big, it's been a good place 
to chat about ideas, and help eachother debug and the like.  So if you use 
IRC, swing to irc.acestar.org servers on foreverchat network and join #ROM.
